"Had an amazing experience at Dr. Heiss’ office! This started from before even stepping foot in the office, with the patient coordinator Tammy whom kindly reached out to me a few days before my appointment to confirm my information & insurance. Tammy took the extra step to assure me that Dr. Heiss was in-network and that I should have zero extra charges. The dental assistance Stephanie was super nice and welcoming, made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked into the exam room. Dr Heiss has amazing bed-side manners, and was sure to explain everything that was being done. I am happy to say I had an amazing first experience, and will be recommending Dr. Heiss and his staff to my friends and family!! 10/10 experience."
