    You can conveniently schedule an appointment online here or by calling our office at 516-600-0506, 24/7.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    We are in network with Aetna, Cigna, Ameritas, Lincoln, Metlife, Principal, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, United Concordia, Anthem, Guardian, and DNOA. If you have any questions about your provider, please let us know, and we will check your coverage.

  • Does your office take walk-ins?

    Please schedule online or call our team before visiting our office.

  • What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?

    We accept CareCredit® as a third-party payment option to help you finance your care with monthly payments. If insurance isn’t an option, our in-house savings plans offer monthly rates to ensure you receive the dental care you need.

  • What hours is your office open?

    Here are our practice hours:

    Monday: 11am – 8pm
    Tuesday: 7am – 2pm
    Wednesday: 9am – 7pm
    Thursday: 9am – 5pm
    Friday: Closed
    Saturday: 8am – 1pm (only on the first Saturday of every month)
    Sunday: Closed

    Phones are answered 24/7 for scheduling.

  • Does your dental office treat children?

    Yes, we do have pediatric dental services for children and teenagers.

  • How early should I get to my appointment?

    Please arrive for your appointment 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time, in case we need to update your patient or insurance information.
